The smell of fresh bread wafts across the seating area at Junction Bakery. It comes from the kitchen every morning as the team crafts their loaves from scratch using locally sourced ingredients. The same ingredients go into pastries, breakfast and lunch dishes, and hand-pressed juices from Grateful Juice Co., a juice bar that lives inside of the bakery.

Swing by in the morning to grab an everything croissant, akin to an everything bagel, but with a base of flaky bread instead. Try the pecan sticky bun, brioche cinnamon rolls, or the monkey bread if you'd rather enjoy something sweet. For a more filling breakfast, try the California toast with avocado and mushrooms on top or a breakfast sammy stuffed with eggs, breakfast meat, and cheese. Come in for lunch to try the beet salad loaded with grapes and goat cheese or the grilled cheese oozing muenster, white cheddar, gruyere, and mozzarella cheese.
