With a name like &pizza, you might think this chain is strictly about the pies. In reality, it's also about people. &pizza keeps its customers happy by using local produce and other natural ingredients. It keeps nearby farmers happy by buying those ingredients from them. And it keeps the staff happy by paying them a living wage, so they can, in turn, support the community with their dollars.

With that being said, the kitchen crew does craft unique and over-the-top artisan pies, like the newly unveiled Big Caesar. It's essentially a Caesar salad on a pizza crust—including the croutons and romaine lettuce—plus pieces of crispy bacon. Looking for something with a bit of heat? Try the American Honey, layered with spicy tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, arugula, goat cheese, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of hot honey. &pizza also offers more traditional pies and invites customers to build their own creations from the crust up.
