For all the animal lovers out there you won’t want to miss this. The Old Town Beer, Wine and Dog Festival is every bit as glorious as it sounds, combining all your favorite local craft brews and wine, while hanging out with your besties (the pups, of course). The event will be hosted by Social Dog Movement and Brewski’s Barkhaus on August 17th from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Waterfront Park on Prince Street, with proceeds benefitting local agencies that assist with foster care as well as local Animal Welfare Leagues.
Throughout the day you will meet new furry friends in foster care looking for a home, so be prepared to fall in love. You can bring your own dogs, or come alone, but there is an on-site off-leash park for all your furry plus ones. They can play while you enjoy live music, dog art installations and of course, local beer, wine and eats. Tickets are $5 each and they can be purchased prior to the event on Eventbrite.
