The Old Town Festival of Speed and Style is coming to town once again, and you don’t want to miss it. This unique event is the first of its kind in the Alexandria area, bringing together the worlds of fashion and vintage cars for all to see on Sunday, May 19th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The festival will take over the three lower blocks of King Street all day long. The best part? It’s free for all! Approximately 60 sleek, high-end cars from the 50s, 60s, and 70s will be on display, and all the merchants in the Old Town Boutique District will come together to showcase fashion-forward designs through live entertainment, accompanied by delightful music and camaraderie. The special fashion display will take place starting at noon for approximately an hour, so plan your visit accordingly. Any proceeds from the event including sponsorship dollars will benefit the ACT for Alexandria, a local non-profit that supports the growth of our beloved community.
